Damages
We would recommend to check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packaging is intact, and all items are in good condition, Should you find your items damaged upon delivery please record it with the delivery team before signing for your goods.Crystal Comfort allow all damages to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery via email (info@crystalcomfort.co.uk) with photographs of damages, we will look to resolve any issues we are made aware of within the time frame.
All our beds go through quality checks before leaving the warehouse and before unloading for delivery against your order specifications.
Colours displayed on our website may vary depending on screen settings, device type, and lighting conditions. As such, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between on-screen images and the finished product if a fabric sample has not been requested and approved prior to production.
Orders placed without requesting a fabric sample will be produced according to the selected option and will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange on the basis of colour variation.
Returns
All of our products are made to order to your specification therefore we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty/incorrect. In the event you are not happy with your purchase, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 50% cancellation fee will apply, including initial delivery charges and collection charges as all our products are specialist made to order products. If any of our products are returned as damaged a further charge will be applicable.
