All our products at Crystal Comfort are bespoke and made to order due to this once the order has been placed with us any changes in style, size etc should be made within 24 hours from the order being placed, this will ensure the manufacturing process does not start. If any changes are to be made after the 24 hour has lapsed then we may not be in a position to make changes to the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you carefully measure where your bespoke furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns, please contact us on 0333 577 2214
Delivery of your order
Our courier company will contact you to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order. Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture. A re-delivery/collection charge of £60.00 would be applicable if the delivery is a failed attempt. Damages or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over upon delivery. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification.Please note our third-party courier company will only be making the delivery to the Ground floor door and will not enter the property unless otherwise agreed with Crystal Comfort.
