We would recommend to check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packaging is intact, and all items are in good condition before you sign for them. Crystal Comfort allow all damages to be reported within 48 hours of the delivery via email with photographs of damages. Should you find your items damaged upon delivery please record it with the courier and email us.

If you wish to cancel your order after our 48 hour cooling off period you will be charged 50% of the purchase amount as your bed production would have started.

All our beds go through quality checks before leaving the warehouse and before unloading for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Our beds are considered a specialist, made to order item and therefore is non-refundable, once the cooling off period of 48 hours has exceeded we will not be in any position to make changes to your bed. In rare circumstances if an item is faulty or damaged we will happily exchange the item for you but this is only defects in materials workmanship and parts.We will not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate use or care and repairs carried out by others except company qualified personals. All Mattresses which have been removed from the original packaging are non-refundable due to hygiene safety.
