Damages

We would recommend to check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packaging is intact, and all items are in good condition before you sign for them. Crystal Comfort allow all damages to be reported within 48 hours of the delivery via email (info@crystalcomfort.co.uk) with photographs of damages. Should you find your items damaged upon delivery please record it and email us, we will look to resolve  any issues we are made aware of within the time frame.

All our beds go through quality checks before leaving the warehouse and before unloading for delivery.

Returns

All of our beds are made to order to your specification therefore we do not accept returns unless the bed is faulty/incorrect. In the event you are not happy with your purchase, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 40% cancellation fee will apply, including initial delivery charges and collection charges as all our beds are specialist made to order products.
